Oregon and Washington

We visited Oregon another time and we still aren't disappointed. The first three days we stayed in a beautiful beach house and explored the wonders of nature, admiring the wonder of the ocean and beaches, while my brother tried to fish. "Tried" being the key word.

My brother trying to fish.

Crabbing! Unfortunately, the undersized and the female population of crabs disagree.

Our house was small but comfy; the rooms were quiet and very fitting for a beach house.

My brother and father walking to a beach. Can you guess which is which? What's a seaside vacation without a beautiful sunset?

The next three days, we visited Seattle, and discovered city-life. [next post]

SF

This has been an extremely busy weekend, full of preparation for summer camp, and travelling. We went to Berkley in search of a crepe store that we hold dear in our memories... we eventually found it and were well rewarded.

At San Francisco, where my summer school would take place, my mom and I were scoping out the place before orientation and came across a cool sushi place.

Waterpark Art

I made it to the final four for an art contest for our local waterpark. The winners get to paint their creations onto concrete tables at the park.

The weather decided to be fine until I started painting. Suddenly the wind picked up and tormented my and my hat for the rest of the day. :

Turkeys...what?

A few weeks ago, while driving up towards the hills, I noticed some wild turkeys. Okay, that's nice. That is, until they teleported onto our roof one evening.

And I started taking some pictures when it struck me. They be turkeys. Turkeys on roof. Roof above ground. Turkeys don't fly.

I was trolled.

And my pictures aren't that great.

Yes, I know I messed up the face.

You mad?

Bread~

My friend gave me a bread keychain that smelled like a bread, because it fell off of her backpack.

On the same day, there was the same type of bread on the table~

And I ate it. The bread, not the keychain, of course. x)
