Bikram Yoga
Of course, the fact that the "gentle stretches" are near impossible or that the room we are to be doing yoga in is heated up over 100 degrees never struck me. I felt like I was doing acrobatics in the desert.
Yoga does wonders for the body. It relieves stress and strengthens the body. It stretches the interal organs and releases hormones and enzymes, putting the body back into balance.
The first day did not end well. I had a headache from moving from a hot room into the cold air, and pretty much moped around for the rest of the day. My body was unused to the excersize, showing how poor my health was. The next day I experienced less nausea and felt more rejuvenated afterwards.

School Story v2
School is a building full of strangers, potential friends and enemies. Thrown into the turmoil, I seek a life line to grip. As I am swept by, I glimpse the popular people, those who can swim, surrounded by their school of followers. They tread water easily, rising above the drowning others. I see a familiar face among the crowd, a friend among aliens. An old friend, in the same situation as I, joins me in my tumble with high school. As they always say, hardships are better passed with a friend.
School Story v2
The Night Before
Everything is prepared. Books and school supplies have long been assembled all placed in their rightful position. Everything is prepared, except for my mind. I lay awake in my bed, knowing in only a few hours nothing will be the same again. My troubled thoughts keep sleep away, until the pure anxiety drags me under. That night, the last night of summer, I dreamed. I dreamed that I woke up in a place where nothing made sense, and I worried about strange things. The next day, dream became reality.
